Modern Method Kitchens was born out of a deeply personal and transformative journey. The idea for a company was planted when my daughter was diagnosed with Celiac Disease at just two years old. As any parent navigating food intolerances, digestive challenges, or Celiac or Crohn’s Disease knows, it’s a roller coaster of learning to manage school lunches, field trips, travel and social events all while balancing work, family, and life's endless commitments.

Out of necessity and love, I began to develop effective, modern methods to make this new lifestyle not just manageable, but an enjoyable and creative part of our family. Over time, I created simple systems, clever recipes, and practical tools that truly made life easier.
